PrAna is committed to protecting and processing your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations and the Data Protection Act 2018 (the legislation).

Prior to any treatment I will collect personal details from you including your name, address, telephone number, email, your medical history and any medication you are taking.

When you visit PrAna's website the computer system may collect information about your computer, your IP address, operating system etc., but I don't do anything with this information and these details will not be processed by me.

When I store data it is always stored within the European Union or with an organisation operating under the General Data Protection Regulations it is therefore stored securely. Where Data is in paper format, it is stored in a secure environment and is disposed of securely when it is no longer needed. I will ensure that your Data is secure and treated in accordance with this privacy policy.

We would ask you to please be aware none of the transmission of information via the internet is ever completely secure but I will do my best to protect your Data, I can't guarantee complete security and any transmission is made at your own risk. Once I have received your Data, I will use my best endeavours and comply with strict security procedures to try to prevent unauthorised access.

I will keep your personal information for what we consider to be a relevant time span, if I do not have any contact with you for 2 years I will securely dispose of all of the information.
